Custom-Made and Personalised Products
When ordering custom-made products, please carefully check all measurements before placing your order. These products are specially manufactured or ordered according to your specifications.
Products made or modified according to your personal specifications, such as specific dimensions or colours, generally cannot be returned where the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.
This does not affect your statutory rights if a product does not conform to the purchase agreement.
