When you have finished shopping, you can proceed to the payment of the products. Once you have completed the payment, we will receive the order from you online, it will be checked by us and passed on as complete and approved directly to the warehouse in Germany and / or the Netherlands, depending on the type of product, and it will be processed.

We will then receive a message that the products are ready to be shipped or picked up. Once the products have been shipped, you will receive a confirmation from us that your product(s) has been shipped.
