If you have used the contact form and have not yet received an answer, it is possible that your internet provider or your e-mail program blocks an e-mail, usually due to the use of the SPAM filter, the e-mail will then be placed in the Spam folder.

  

If this is the case, consult the help function of your e-mail program to see how you can remove the setting that blocks the e-mail.

  

When you are able to receive e-mail again, please contact us by using the contact form. You should also regularly clear your cache memory from your browser, you can do this by pressing Ctrl + F5 button at the same time.

  

And of course check your spam folder to see if you see our mailing there

  

You cannot pick up at the address below, this is only possible once in consultation, our warehouses are 10 km across the border near Enschede, in Germany and can only be visited by appointment (about 10 minutes near Gronau ( Nordrhein-Westfalen) with Dutch & German employees (Dutch, German and English are spoken)
