PAY ATTENTION:

  

1)    Door fittings are custom ordered for you or assembled in parts, which is why all sizes and photos are included with each product in order to see what you are buying as well as possible and so you can measure a few things before purchasing!! These custom ordered items or assembled sets are therefore not taken back!!! Do not immediately order 10 sets, for example, but first 1 to be able to fit. Send us an email first so that we can check in advance if it will fit!!

  

All sizes of the products are listed in each advertisement, so measure before purchasing because that is knowing!! If items are returned because they do not fit, handling costs of at least 10% will be charged!! Nothing will be returned on the basis of matching, then better look at the photos that speak for themselves and of course read the texts please. If not done, we will charge handling costs!!

  

2)    We can send small statues and articles that are fragile, but we prefer not to send them by parcel service, because a stone statue is unintentionally damaged during transport by delivery services, as they do not always handle their packages carefully, do not underestimate this because it is really frequent . These items will therefore NOT be taken back!!! The only method that is possible is on a pallet, but there is a price tag attached to this. Fragile items can also not be returned after they have been collected by yourself from our location, because, for example, stone statues can suffer damage, such as hairline cracks, during the wrong method of transport.

  

3)    Similarly, purchased products that have been changed or modified on request in consultation with you, will not be returned!!! This also includes the stable windows that are purchased with glass, because this glass is cut to size specifically for this window, cut by our glass company and they will not take it back!

  

4)    The scope of delivery is stated with each product, so what is stated there is what you should receive, report immediately (within 24 hours) if this has not been the case!!!

  

5)    You have the right to cancel your items up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. (Except for the products mentioned above) and after cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. Insure your package to be safe!! We will then refund the order amount due for your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. Articles that arrive later will not be processed!!

  

6)   Return items must come with the order number and the name, otherwise we can do nothing!!

  

7)   Attention: Send your products back under insurance, then you will be compensated if the product is handled carelessly or lost during transport, do not underestimate this because it happens very often unfortunately. People don't take it so closely with the packages now and then. So: insure the item during transport if possible, this is important for both parties, otherwise no claim can be filed with the delivery party, with the result that Decohomeliving.com can no longer do anything!!

  

8)    PLEASE NOTE: THE RETURN PACKAGE MUST ALWAYS HAVE 2 STICKERS WITH THE SENDER AND ORDER NUMBER!! ON THE OUTSIDE, EASILY READABLE ON THE PACKAGING, THAT WAY WE CAN ACT FAST AND DON'T MAKE PACKAGES UNINTENDED AND UNNECESSARILY LOST. Why do we say 2 stickers? The shipping companies often stick their own stickers over those of the customer, with the result that we can no longer read the order number, which is why we would like 2 stickers. Only then can we finish quickly. THE ITEMS MUST BE CAREFULLY PACKED FOR RETURN, PACKAGES THAT ARRIVE TO US AS A JAMBOX BECAUSE THEY HAVE NOT BEEN REPACKED CAREFULLY, THE CONTENT IS OFTEN SEVERELY DAMAGED! THESE PACKAGES ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTED AT ALL!!

There is no physical store at the address below, viewing items or picking up only by appointment, our warehouses are 10 km across the border (near Enschede), in Germany and can also only be visited by appointment (about 10 minutes near Gronau (Nordrhein -Westfalen) with Dutch & German employees (Dutch, German and English are spoken)
