In exceptional cases, orders may be collected from this address, but only by prior arrangement and after receiving confirmation from us.
Collection of Orders
Orders can be collected by appointment from our warehouse in Germany, approximately 10 minutes across the Dutch border near Enschede, in the Gronau area (North Rhine-Westphalia).
Collection from our warehouse:
Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, strictly by appointment.
The exact collection address will be provided once your appointment has been confirmed.
Both Dutch and German are spoken at our warehouse.
If you would like to collect an item, please contact us in advance so we can check whether the product is available.
Please do not visit our collection location until you have received confirmation that your order is ready for collection.
