Shoptrader;
Our webshop has been developed with software from Shoptrader. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. Shoptrader has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Shoptrader is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of the agreement that we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Shoptrader uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. Shoptrader reserves the right to share collected data within its own group in order to further improve the service. Shoptrader is obliged to observe secrecy on the basis of the agreement. We use the services of Shoptrader for our regular business e-mail traffic. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Shoptrader has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.
Payments;
We use the payment service provider Pay.nl to handle (part of) the payments in our webshop. Pay.nl processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Pay.nl has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Pay.nl reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties in this context. In the event of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility), Pay.nl shares personal data and order data with post-payment service providers. All the guarantees mentioned above with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Pay.nl's services for which it engages third parties. Send;
If you place an order, we need your name, e-mail address and delivery address to have your order delivered by postal companies such as Post.nl, DHL, DPD, etc. These companies only use this information for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that these companies engage subcontractors, they will also make your data available to these parties to allow the shipment to take place and to keep you informed of its progress.
Sales via platforms;
If our products go through sales platforms such as Bol.com, Markplaats, Amazon, ect. your order and personal data are exchanged with us so that we can carry out your order / assignment. Participation in tax and criminal investigation In some cases, Decohomeandgarden.com can be held on the basis of a legal obligation to share your data in connection with government tax or criminal investigations. Retention period;
