Private Courier – Careful Delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium
At Deco Home & Garden, we offer our own private courier service for selected products. This service is available exclusively for delivery addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium.
With this service, we aim to reduce the risk of damage during transport, keep delivery costs as low as possible for our customers, and provide a more carefully coordinated delivery service.
Our private courier service can be an attractive alternative to standard shipping, particularly for large, heavy or fragile products.

Why Do We Offer This Service?
Our product range includes large, heavy and fragile items. From experience, we know that these products are not always suitable for shipping through standard parcel delivery services.
Some products therefore need to be transported on a pallet. This can result in significant shipping costs that are not always proportionate to the price of the product itself.
To offer our customers in the Netherlands and Belgium a more affordable alternative, we introduced our private courier service.
This allows us to arrange direct delivery of selected products without the need for expensive pallet transport.

Our private courier service is not available for deliveries outside the Netherlands and Belgium.
Delivery Time and Scheduling
To keep delivery costs affordable, we combine and schedule our private courier's routes as efficiently as possible.
We therefore work with an estimated delivery time of approximately 10 working days from the moment your order is ready for dispatch.
Which Products Are Eligible for This Service?
Our private courier service is intended for selected large, heavy or fragile products requiring delivery within the Netherlands or Belgium.
Not all products are eligible. Some items are simply too large or too heavy and can only be transported using specialised transport services or pallet delivery.
How Can You Select Our Private Courier Service?
If our private courier service is available for your order and your delivery address is located in the Netherlands or Belgium, it will appear as a shipping option during checkout.
